My Mom

My love affair with fashion started a t a very young age,seeing my mami get ready every morning before work or just for a day out exited me, she always looked so pretty. I have memories of how she would somehow include my sister and I in her beauty routine, we would always be right there waiting for the lipstick or how she would pretend to spirits us with her favorite CHLOE perfume,lol.I remember telling her “ when I grow up I wanna be just like you” and she would respond ‘you’ll be better.

I notice that I had a picture of my mami wearing something similar (Picture above)

She is my super woman,I mean there isn't a thing that she can't do, she is a seamstress, she made majority of my clothes including my prom dress, it was so perfect. She is also a cosmetologist, a Nurse (RN) in addition to a wife and a mother of 5 , My mami was also known as the go to person if you needed legal advice, I never knew why lol, but she knew, she was and is very intuitive and loves to read, she is also a great dancer and thought me and my friends how to dance,lol, all my friends thought she was the coolest mom ever, she is also the type of my that would allow her kids to curse in front of her “shit till this day i can’t, lol. All I want you guys to know is that I love her with all my heart and that In my eye she is perfect just the way she is.

Mami I want you to know that you continue to inspire me everyday in every way, I love you like you will never imagine, Thank you! For everything you do for us.
